 Our Company What started out as a hobby for owner, and operator, Karen Marshall, has turned a small business into a sweet success. Karen opened her business in 1995 to offer her creative talent to the general public, while most importantly, offering her flexibility with her two children. Family has been a part of this adventure from the beginning and it shows. "I am so grateful for my children and my wonderful husband who has supported me all along. I have worked extremely hard to establish Confectionary Creations and I am grateful to my customers who have supported me!" Karen, is a graduate of The Sawyer Business School and Johnson and Wales University and holds a Johnson and Wales University Pastry Arts Certification. She is a former Certified Medical Assistant and cares about members of her community and participates in Walks for Diabetes, Cancer and Celiac Disease. She has knowledge of these disorders and offers sugar free, gluten free and vegan products. Confectionary Creations offers a wide variety of items for every occasion. Weddings, Showers, Birthdays, New Baby, Sympathy, corporate, or just because. Confectionary Creations, now offers our gourmet apples to you for school fundraising.
